Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Custom items made to order; no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Support my small business!

 

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

Regrettably we can't promise delivery by specific dates, as much is out of our control after the item is handed off to USPS. Items usually take 1-7 business days to be produced before shipping. We try our best to keep you in the loop throughout the whole process but suggest ordering early for time-sensitive deliveries.

Can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to us as quickly as possible regarding any order you wish to cancel. If the item has not yet been produced or shipped, we are happy to process a cancellation within 2 hours of receiving your order.

My item arrived damaged. Can you help?

Oh no! While this is rare, we’re happy to offer an exchange if there is any damage to an order. Please send us a message to our shop or submit a help request within 3 days of item delivery. When contacting us about a damaged item, please submit photos of the front of the item, back of the item, and the size tag so we can follow up with our manufacturing partner. 

Do you take custom requests or custom orders?

Yes! If you are interested in having an item in our store customized or having a brand new item created for you, please don't hesitate to shoot us a message!

I accidentally shipped my item to the incorrect address. Can you help?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our manufacturing partner and we have no way of recovering them. In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, he buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item. Please message us for more information.
